HOPBOX FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery: 1-3 Working Days
Free shipping included with every order! The chaps down at PBT will deliver your box.
You’ll need to sign for the delivery and may require to provide proof of age.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days to be delivered (add an extra day for rural delivery).
Currently we don’t offer a weekend delivery.

When do they arrive?
Subscriptions: Hopbox subscriptions are released into the wild on the 15th of each month.
Gifts: You can specify your required delivery date and we’ll aim to deliver the box on for before this date.

For special occasions (such as Father’s/Mother’s day, Valentine’s or Christmas) gift boxes are scheduled to arrive on the requested date. 

But what if I want a box now!?
We can’t make any promises, but be sure to drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.

Price?
$79.90 per box for 8 handpicked craft beers.

What beers do I get?
Expect a different mix of brews in your box each month.  Seasonal treats along with experimental small batch wonders feature in your box throughout the year. We work with breweries across New Zealand to assure a varied selection of unique brews in every box.

What size are the beers?
We’ll always aim to include 5 or 6 larger 500ml bottles  – the rest are often reflective of bottling styles for seasonal brews.

Should I trust you?
Probably. We just want to send you nice beer.
We love craft beer, and spend most of our time scouring NZ for the very best of craft.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Login to your account, select your subscription and hooray – pause and resume options are right there.

How do I cancel?
Login to your account, select your subscription, and click the cancel button. It’s that simple!

Can I get a refund?
Maybe. Our boxes are non-refundable, but we’ll compensate you for any damage occurred during transit.

You promised you’d help me with my hangover.

How we ship your Hopbox
Postage is included in the price.
We work with PBT to deliver all Hopbox orders – although if you’re in the Wellington region, we may hand deliver 🙂

Returns & Refunds

HOPBOX RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We’re pretty sure you’ll love your Hopbox and its contents.
Our boxes are non-refundable. We may compensate for any damage occurred during transit.
If you’ve received a box with a broken bottle, let us know and we’ll sort you a replacement.
