HOPBOX FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Price?
We’ve got two options to choose from;
$79.90 per box, per month for our match box – 2×4 unique beers.
$79.90 per box, per month for our discover box – 8 unique beers.

Gifts options range from one off boxes, to 6-month gift subscriptions.

Delivery?
Free Postage! The chaps down at Fastway will deliver your monthly box. But remember, you’ll need to sign for the delivery.

When do they arrive?
Special occasion gift-boxes, such as fathers day gifts, valentines or christmas gifts are always scheduled to arrive in time. You can specify your required delivery date at checkout.
Hopboxes subscriptions are released into the wild for arrival on the 18th of each month.

But what if I want a box now!?
We can’t make any promises, but be sure to drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.

What beers do I get?
Expect a different mix of brews in your box each month.  Seasonal treats along with experimental small batch wonders will be feature in your box throughout the year. We’re working with breweries accross New Zealand to assure a varierity of uniuqe tastes in every box.

What size are the beers?
We’ll always aim to include 5 or 6 larger 500ml bottles  – the rest are often reflective of bottling styles for seasonal brews.

Should I trust you?
Probably. We just want to send you nice beer.
Our brewbeards scour NZ for the very best of craft.

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Login to your account, select your subscrption and hooray, pause and resume options are right there.

How do I cancel?
Login to your account, select your subscription, and click the cancel button. It’s that simple!

Can I get a refund?
Maybe. Our boxes are non-refundable, but we’ll compensate you for any damage occurred during transit.

You promised you’d help me with my hangover.
Always drink responsibly and stuff.

HOW WE SHIP YOUR HOPBOX

Postage is included in the price.
Delivery is scheduled for weekdays during business hours.
You will need to sign for the box delivery, so we recommend sending it to your workplace.
Hopboxes are shipped to arrive on the 18th of every month.

Returns & Refunds

HOPBOX RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We’re pretty sure you’ll love the box and it’s contents.
Our boxes are non-refundable, but we’ll compensate you for any damage occurred during transit.
If you’ve received a box with a broken bottle, definitely let us know and we’ll sort you a replacement. Email here us at [email protected]
